Quality that matters I'd let to preface this review by stating that I looked around at a lot different dealerships to see what their reviews were and I really wasn't sure I'd let to preface this review by stating that I looked around at a lot different dealerships to see what their reviews were and I really wasn't sure what to expect coming to Beaverton Honda. Nearly every dealership seems to have 3 1/2 stars or less on their average reviews so it's really hard to tell what you'll be walking into. But to those of you who complain about the smallest of things and give out poor reviews because of it, you suck! haha. I wish i could wipe the slate clean for Beaverton Honda and give them the one overall rating that truly matches their quality and commitment to excellent service, FIVE STARS! Now I don't know if it came down to the amount of passion I put forth to JC Lam, my sales representative, or if this is how they handle all of their customers. But I will say to JC Lam, thank you! I bugged this guy over and over to help me work out a deal to get me into my vehicle. My credit score was slightly under average, a discharged bankruptcy and all I had to trade in was a God awful Ford Focus which was in terrible shape. But somehow JC managed to find a way to put it all together for me. Of course I still didn't make it easy on him though. I didn't have enough to put down on the vehicle and I kept trying and trying to get them to budge in some way so that I could get approved with what I had. When Beaverton Honda says ONE PRICE, they mean it. They're giving you the lowest price they can and I believe them. So what did I do? Well, I guess a man will do what a man has to do to get into his Honda Civic Type-R hahaha. I managed to come up with what was needed and it all worked out. But JC Lam never gave up on me either. My options were there in front of me from the beginning and he helped me through all of it. Also, I have to give a huge shout out to their finance team for working with the banks and making this thing happen. You guys are amazing! When all is said and done, Beaverton Honda is hands down the place you want to be buying your next vehicle. Don't even bother looking into other places after reading this review. Trust me it's not even worth it. You won't find a better team of professionals than Beaverton Honda. More

Don't read too much into "150 point safety inspection" Sales people were pleasant to work with and we're happy with vehicle we purchased. The reason for only 1 star is for two reasons. The vehicle we purchased was a certified pre-owned car with "150 point safety inspection" On the way home from dealership the low tire inflation light came on. When I got home I checked the tire pressures in all four tires...all four tires were at 20.5 -21.5psi. The spare tire which says on the side of the tire "inflate to 60 psi, only had 28psi in it. Checking tire pressure for ANY vehicle before customer drives away is basic safety/customer service. 11/12 psi is SIGNIFICANTLY low. (and only HALF the pressure in spare) The second reason we are disappointed is that we received an email the day after purchasing this car informing us that the price of this car has dropped. I promptly called our salesman and told him about the email and requested the new lower price. He informed me that the price we paid, not the new lower price, is final. I really don't think it's asking too much of Beaverton Honda to honor the email they sent me with the new lower price. UPDATE: I went to start the car earlier today and battery was totally dead...or so I thought. I check the voltage between the terminals and it read 12.6v, battery is fine. As I was checking this I found the problem....negative battery terminal was COMPLETELY loose. The paperwork I received shows they replaced the battery...they clearly failed to tighten the negative terminal. After discovering the things mentioned in this review, I'm beginning to honestly think the inspection they do on the used vehicles they sell is basically a joke. More

Would have preferred to see the problem after the Dr panel was removed. Got the crv back with the panel put back, the window up and now the door lock switch doesn't t work. 😫 Don't like not being able to see the problem when I come in for service. Prefer a smaller shop for access to problems and mechanic. Every time I brought a door problem happened, we got an additional problem. I'm selling the crv with a recommendation they NOT get the door problems repaired at Beaverton Honda🙈 Eric tried very hard to help me. Good effort Eric More
