Without condescension, he explained both the vehicle and the process of buying from Bob King. Many businesses focus on their employees being friendly, often overlooking their knowledge of the job ( in this case sales). Lannie is experienced, knowledgeable, patient and yes, he's downright friendly!!! Thanks Lannie for putting me in a vehicle Im happy with and can afford. More

Poor service after the sale on known defect I've purchased three vehicles from Bob King and the Sales process was great (thank you, Michael Warren!). However, my Service experience is another m I've purchased three vehicles from Bob King and the Sales process was great (thank you, Michael Warren!). However, my Service experience is another matter. My 2016 CX5 brakes squeaked from Day1. 1st svc visit = "dust". 2nd svc = "special grease". 3rd visit = "cannot duplicate" and "you must have sensitive hearing" - for a problem that caused me to PARK my new car until it was fixed at 27k miles! Solution: turned "defective" rotors and tried to send me on my way. The right rotor was taken down .58MM (5.8%) or 3.6 times the left rotor. You can see and feel the chattering on the rotor. HOW ABOUT REPLACING DEFECTIVE ROTORS so I don't have continual problems? Hopefully Steve Morris, Mazda District Service Rep, will agree with me that parked Mazdas aren't good for business. Otherwise, I will gladly go back to my problem-free Subaru. P.S. Mark Jones, wish I could be a fly on the wall the day your wife is told she has "sensitive hearing". More
Friendly low pressure approach to buying a car I searched various dealer web sites for a good used crossover SUV. Bob King had a great selection and prices were very competitive. I went in to look I searched various dealer web sites for a good used crossover SUV. Bob King had a great selection and prices were very competitive. I went in to look at one of their listings and ended up driving away with a very low mileage CX-5. They showed me more for my trade than I expected and priced the car I was buying at lower than my bank had expected to finance. They even sent me away with a full tank of gas. The finance manager was helpful and my salesperson very knowledgeable. I will look at Bob King again when it's time to buy my next vehicle. More

Unexpected yet Great Trade-in Experience I visited the dealership earlier this week to get a headlight fixed and left with a new car. Worked with Mason and Brandon who were knowledgable, friendly and no-nonsense professionals. It was clear Mason knew a lot about the vehicle he was selling and made it an easy decision. Brandon was straightforward when it came to buying our new vehicle and we did not have to put up with the stereotypical car salesmen routine. I would give the rating a 4.8/5 if possible. The only part that was less than perfect was the timing of the car pick-up. While we were able to get the new car the very next day after purchasing, miscommunication on the pick-up time led to an inconvenienced day. I can appreciate people being busy and short-staffed, and have no doubt Bob King was working hard to get the car ready as soon as possible. Rather than pushing back the pick-up time multiple times, I would have preferred a phone call when the car was ready to be driven off the lot as opposed to coming in with additional wait time during an otherwise packed schedule, especially after having spent most of the prior day at the dealership. Overall, we had a really great experience and I would buy from Mason, Brandon, and Bob King Mazda again. More
Disappointing customer service and no concern I booked a service appt by phone with Jose at the dealership. I showed up to my appt ten minutes early and was not greeted by Mark Jones with a hello or good morning or a smile but instead with a short "what can we do for you?" I was then told that I was not supposed to be in the service area, this was a body shop issue. This was the first I'd heard this. He called over to them but they did not answer. He told me that I probably wasn't going to get in there on a Saturday. At this point, it was awkward because I sensed that he did not want to deal with me any longer. Since I needed to get this estimate done, I decided to leave and google other places around me that could do this. Mark Jones did not stop me from leaving or try to set a follow up appt. [I found a place - on Saturday - 15 minutes before they closed - and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Knowing the time, I went in and asked her for an appt and, without hesitation, she said "Why come back? Let's do it now." Night and day in customer service.] I sent two emails to Mike Evans, service manager and never received a response back. I then forwarded those emails to Rick Groves in upper management and he hasn't responded back either. I'm pretty patient and enough time has lapsed. Before this, we had always taken our cars there for service and bought our last two cars there. I sent the emails so that management could review and call me at their convenience. I guess it wasn't important enough for them to reach out to me. More

Somehow the new Mazda that I received an internet quote of 4500 less than MSPR DISAPPEARED IN THE DAY IT TOOK ME TO GET TO THEIR SHOWROOM. More
