The customer service with the sell reps. was good and I like the visitor lounge with cookies and coffee but the service department sucks. They act like they Don't want to do any work and keep acting like t like the visitor lounge with cookies and coffee but the service department sucks. They act like they Don't want to do any work and keep acting like they are not willing to help me at all. They have a very bad attitude, I was not happy about this. I was told that I would get my car cleaned for free and sodimized and everytime I spoke to the service department they would not make me a scheduled date to come by and I could just tell they were not willing to help me. If they don't want to do their job they need to find a new one. More

I had checked with several dealers of different vehicles and when I went to bob King they were supportive of what I was looking for. I drove a used CX 7 and a new CX 5. My wife and I wanted a red CX 5, so and when I went to bob King they were supportive of what I was looking for. I drove a used CX 7 and a new CX 5. My wife and I wanted a red CX 5, so they looked all day Friday and found one. They gave me a better deal for the white one they had on the lot than the red one they would have to get from another dealer. We were very satisfied with everyone that we dealt with at Bob King Mazda. More
Michael did not pressure or rush my decision to buy or the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I looked at and displayed many options for my purchase. David was fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable and approachable. At some other dealerships I felt overwhelmed and almost harrassed by the sales people, but David made me feel like I was speaking with approachable. I was very impressed with the dealership and the salesmen. They were very patient with me because I was undecided about which car I wanted to purchase. I came in with numbers already in my head, and what they offered me was more than expected from the price of the car to the trade in for my car. Very smooth transaction. I do not like to be talked into it. This was done by the fiance manager which he was very friendly and probably just doing his job. I will be back. More

The most enjoyable part of my shopping experience was the honesty and sincerity of my Sales Professional, Bennett Miller. He stayed by my side the entire afternoon as I contemplated the purchase, looked at different exterior and interior colors, and did not rush me or try to pressure me in any way. I will buy from him again! James Blackwell orchestrated every aspect of my visit with ease and Ken Pittman offered outstanding financing options making the entire financing process relaxed and enjoyable.
