I went to Bob King mazda to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman Lannie Ledford was friendly and professional. The first problem that I encountered was a few days after my purchase where the dealership made a mistake and did not transfer my personalized tags from my old car. As I was to renew my registration the same month this caused an additional problem. Currently I am still driving with a registration that has my old car on it not my new one. I have been told by Brandon that I "should" recieve another registration card from DMV. My second issue came with a faulty windshield in the car within two weeks of the purchase. When I took to the dealership I was told that I had to show to the service manager Toby to get it replaced at no cost to me but that he only worked on the weekdays. I brought it back on the following Monday on my lunch hour and Toby agreed that it was fautly and stated he would order another one and it would be in and installed that week. I clarified as I was going out of town that weekend and he again assured me there would be no problem. By Thursday that week I had no contact and I left Toby a message at 11am with no response. I called back at 2 and still could not reach him. I asked for a manager and spoke to Mike the sales manager. He said he would find Toby and find out what was going on. Mike called back and said the windshield was coming from Texas and would not be in until the following week. As of the following Tuesday still no word so I called again. They stated it had just come in and that I had to set up the installation with the service department. When I brought the car in today for the installation was told they did not know if they molding was here and that they contract with an outside company to have this done which I was never told. They did not know if the contractor had been called and if I could get it back that day. As a single parent I was stuck without knowing if the vehicle would be ready. When I asked for the survey and told them I was not happy the general manager then called. When I explained to him what had occured he said he would get me a car to drive. At no point through all this has any of managers offered me anything to make this right and keep my business. I have made several trips to the dealership over the tags and the windshield, several on my lunch hour and many phone calls when I recieved no call backs or updates. If you only had to work with the sales staff Lannie that would be excellent. But for anything else at this dealership it is not worth the hassle and has really made the whole car buying experience a nightmare. To finalize it has now been two months since I purchase my car and as of today my tags nor registration are correct. I was called again today to pick up the tag that never should have been there. I have also never received the correct registration from DMV either as I was told I would. Sorry but would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Update 10/18/13 My issues have not been addressed or resolved. Bob King Mazda continues to post comments they are working on their errors. Nothing has been done at all. Now because of the tag mix up the local tax office thinks I still own the vehicle I traded and the new car so they are billing me for both. When I refused to pay the taxes on the car I traded they blocked my tag from renewal. This was the tag Bob King was to have transferred. Now I am having to give up my tag and purchase a new tag to get the matter corrected. Bob King has not attempted to compensate me for the additional time or expenses due to their mistakes. They have washed their hands of this matter and left me with the pieces to pick up. I am upset that I had to get rid of my personalized tag because of them. I recently also ran into a coworker who had a bad experience as well with this dealership. I will not be returning to this company and will tell anyone I know to go out of town for their vehicle needs. So now Bob King has responded they are not responsible for the tax office and gave me their phone number. Are you kidding me? It is because of the non transfer of my tag that the tax office thinks I have two vehicles. They can not even own up to their own mistakes. This is a complete joke of a company. The new response is the I should go to the DMV office and show my paperwork to get it straightened out. Well I have done that and the tax office and they still claim I own two vehicles that I do not. I have spent several lunch hours of my time trying get this mess corrected to no avail. Now I am out the time, money for gas and aggravation and had to give up the personalized tag I loved on my new vehicle so that it shows correctly between DMV and the tax office. More

Great staff that works together as a team from the moment you enter the facility. We went to this dealership to trade my husband's truck for Mazda3 Hatchback for better gas mileage. We also were looking for my daughter who is soon to turn 16 a used car. We met Tammy Lawson in the parking lot and it was an awsome experience for my entire family. She was so helpful and honest regarding any questions or concerns we had during our decision making process. We spent most of our day at the dealership on Saturday April 14th but it was well worth it. We all came home excited to know we had made great purchases for the entire family. I shared my experience with my sister who was having car issues and on Saturday April 20th she and her husband went to speak with Tammy and they too are making a purchase. So excited I do believe we have found a new car dealership!!!! We went to the Toyota dealership, wandered around for 15 minutes, and were totally ignored by the 10+ employees. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. From the moment that I met Lannie Ledford, he was warm, friendly, professional and completely honest with me every step of the way. He showed me everything from how to use my owner's manual to how to book my maintenance visits online. In my opinion, Lannie is by far the best car salesperson that I have ever encountered. Brandon was as excited about giving me a great finance deal and interest rate as I was to get my new car. He had all paperwork ready and waiting for me to sign as soon as I entered his office. Bob King Mazda is the only car dealer in the Triad that I would ever consider buying from. More
Went in just to look at the new Mazda 6. Met with Lannie and he showed me the 2014 Mazda 6. At this point I was torn between this vehicle and the 2013 Chevy Malibu. I previously had owned both and decided t and he showed me the 2014 Mazda 6. At this point I was torn between this vehicle and the 2013 Chevy Malibu. I previously had owned both and decided that I like the Quality of the Mazda as wwll as the included upgrades that I would have to purchase on the Chevy. Pete (in finance) went over and beyond helping me get into this vehicle even though I had acquired my own financing. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone. More
This is my 3rd trip to see Lannie. He's always been professional, yet you feel comfortable with him as well. Lannie and Brandon were fantastic to go through this process with.
