Looking for the right used car My daughter and I came to your dealership to look at a used Mazda3 for her college graduation present. We were met in the parking lot by Elizabeth Hoo My daughter and I came to your dealership to look at a used Mazda3 for her college graduation present. We were met in the parking lot by Elizabeth Hood. She was very friendly and helpful. We looked at and test drove the Mazda3 we had heard about via email from Jade Eisenman. The car was nice but not what my daughter had expected. Elizabeth took us back in and combed thru your inventory for a vehicle in our budget. She found a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant ES for us to look at. My daughter test drove the car and fell in love with it. The car was a little high in miles but looked to be very good condition. So we bought it! Elizabeth was a real pleasure to work with. She was more than helpful with all of my questions and made a real connection with my daughter. Ricardo Perez was also very easy to work with on the finance end of things. He completely explained all things and was very quick about getting the paperwork done. We have dealt with Bob King dealership twice before and have always had very good experiences. The only drawback I personally encountered was what seemed to be a high documentation fee. More

Know before you go I would like to start by saying that I am very happy with my car and I understand there is usually a bit of haggling involved (if you are a price-cons I would like to start by saying that I am very happy with my car and I understand there is usually a bit of haggling involved (if you are a price-conscious consumer) with any car purchase so I don't consider my experience with this dealership to be worse than it would have been at any other one. Also, this dealership does have a nice, fairly large selection to choose from. My experience began via email with Jade who quoted an out-the-door price that the sales manager Glenn did not want to honor when I arrived. After much hassle, Glenn (claimed he called Mr. King--yeah right, and kept apologizing for Jade's "fat fingers"--poor Jade) agreed to honor the quote with the stipulation that I finance through Hyundai (which turned out to be almost double the APR that I'd been pre-approved for from my credit union). Brandon in finance was not particularly friendly and wasted time trying to sell various "packages" before actually addressing what the APR would be. When I called to obtain an address to pay off the amount financed he became snippy on the phone. The only gem there is Cole, who was extremely sweet and patient and really sold the car. I would recommend this dealership because of his outstanding customer service and in the end I still got a fair price (through re-financing--which was well worth the savings). More

The two employees that I came in contact with worked with urgency to get me in and out. Zach, assisted me in the purchase over the phone and was just as helpful once I arrived. He was accommadating and knowledgable. Ricardo was the employee who assisted me in the final steps of becoming an owner of a vehicle from Bob King Mazda. He was hilarious and very proffessional. His enthusiasm and speediness warranted a satisfied customer. The combination of the two made it easy to validate the long 8 hour drive back and forth. Thank you Bob King and keep up the good work.
