Seamless, up front service I didn't plan on buying a Hyundai at all. I didn't really have a reason just a long held belief that Hyundai's were not as good as the more tradition I didn't plan on buying a Hyundai at all. I was waiting for the 2017 Honda Accord Hybrids to come out. I was searching the internet about the best sedans as far as interior features go and saw the Hyundai ranked with the Accord on features offered. So I stopped by with a negative idea in my head and almost zero chance of buying a car there. Just looking! So Guadalupe came out and engaged me. She was very friendly and respectful and introduced herself to everyone in my party (and remembered all our names). She pointed out a great certified pre-owned Genesis available and started to tell me some of the features. I was impressed by some of the things she listed so she got the key and the rest is history.
