Saint color Interior!!!! I came in looking a car and Guadalupe came and assisted me into finding the ultimate car for me. She found the 2013 Hyundai Sonata with black and gold interior which goes with my favorite team, New Orleans Saints. Guadalupe and Risco assisted and provided unbelievable service and support for me and my sister.. The car practically sold itself but the salesmanship and customer service provided by Kenneth was superb. Richard in finance worked to make the sure the sale was mutually beneficial and we couldn't be happier with our new car. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchases from Bob King, needless to say we'll definitely start here should we need to purchase another. More

Normally I hate buying a vehicle because of how most salespeople make me feel, and he did not make me feel like I was being pushed into something I did not want to do. I left the dealership feeling great with my certified pre-owned vehicle (which i LOVE). I also want to mention that the sales manager Cole was equally as great! He made us feel very at ease. I had found a different vehicle at another dealership that was brand new, and i passed on that vehicle to buy from this particular dealership, not only for the car, but even more because of the sales staff! I would recommend them to anyone! More

Friendly as can be! First day going to the dealership, we met both Guadalupe and Joey. We were just looking that day, trying to figure out what I had wanted in my new ca First day going to the dealership, we met both Guadalupe and Joey. We were just looking that day, trying to figure out what I had wanted in my new car. Neither pushed the issue and just let us look. The next day, we had gone back to look at a specific vehicle we had seen. Joey took good care of us, answered all of our questions and was awesome when we took the car for a test drive. We ended up buying that car that night! (If I were to give one critique it would be that the process needs to be streamlined better....we were there for four plus hours for the whole process...but that would happen at any dealership, not just this one.) When we got back to the finance department, even though it was already after 10pm, they were very cordial and helpful in signing all the paperwork. (Fyi...Jotae helped with this whole process and he was amazing....always had a smile and laughed with me when I messed up..and reassured me that it was ok...lol) The next day when we went to turn in our trade in, Joey once again helped get that taken care of and also help set up some of the options and features in the car. Guadalupe also helped to set up the Bluelink and Sirius radio and answer any lingering questions that we had. Everyone that we came in contact with there was very friendly and helpful. They closed at nine but they all stayed there happy and willing well beyond that time! Thank you for the awesome new car and you guys are AMAZING!!!! More

At the very onset, Guadalupe was never pushy in her approach and that sort of made a difference. This wee, the time comes that we are ready to make the decision, we have the numbers we are happy to proceed with the vehicle we are eager to purchase. Guadalupe with Charles then came up with a figure which is acceptable for both parties, it was a no nonsense approach and the deal was agreed in few minutes. Then came to the Finance Dept which we dealt with Richard; after reading forums, edmunds, kbb about what to expect when getting to the finance dept as regards to offering all the extras and what not, etc, we came prepared for a pushy person to seize the day, however, it was the opposite, the atmosphere was calm and discussions were straightforward, no indication of being pressured to say yes to something you vaguely understand. We left the dealer with the vehicle we wanted at the price we were happy and most of all getting a top notch treatment from both the sales/finance dept. I already recommended this to couple of my friends who are looking for cars, hope they'll get the same treatment too . . . . More

After negotiating via email (painfully slow), then by phone (moved very quickly), I drove up from the Charlotte area as they had a color combination I was looking for. Showroom and parking lot could use some updating. There was a new Sonata running out front with all windows down and music blasting from stereo. This was not a great first impression. I would not want to be the customer that buys that vehicle that has been running in 90 degree heat most of the day parked in one place. Fairly typical dealership transaction. The Initial sales guy was pleasant, but very young. He was not familiar with how to work with an experienced, older customer buying a more expensive auto that had done this drill a few dozen times already in their lives. I began working with Charles Townsend (manager) and negotiations were quick and easy. Finance department was great and very low key, Richard Dean is a fantastic asset to this dealership! He gave me the most favorable impression of the operation during typically one of the more stressful portions of purchasing an auto. Richard did not apply the typical intense pressure to add-on warranties, etc. Just asked once and took "no thank you" for an answer, smiled and moved on. It was refreshing. More
