From the beginning, Guadalupe was accommodating, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. She was patient with us and even allowed us to take the car we were interested in home for the night. After careful review, my husband and I opted to pursue the car. Once this was in the hands of the finance manager, he did everything he could to get the monthly payment to a place we were comfortable with -- even going as so far to make sure he gave us more than anyone else had for our trade-in. Overall, this was a very positive experience and definitely a place we would recommend to friends and family. More
