We had been very pleased with the Azera, and were been surprised that Hyundai is discontinuing Azera sales in the USA. Although we were pressed for time the afternoon we made the transaction, Teresa Lee and Jim Geisinger ensured that everything was smoothly taken care of in follow-up appointments. Info I was given was faulty The Airbag light came on in my Hyundai. I called and was told it was fine to drive. Jose told me the airbag would deploy if there was a crash. He told The Airbag light came on in my Hyundai. I called and was told it was fine to drive. Jose told me the airbag would deploy if there was a crash. He told me they would need to order a part. WHAT Part? They hadn't even seen my car yet?!! Suspicious- I did online research and called High Point Hyundai. HP told me that the air bag WILL NOT deploy in a crash if the light is on and that there is no way to know what is needed to fix it until they did diagnostics! I could have died if I had been in a crash! When I took my car there for service another time, they left the bolts out of my steering wheel which caused me to have to do an alignment costing $75 and could have left me unable to steer the car! I took it to High Point then to have it fixed. Do not Bob King for anything! You are putting your life if jeopardy! More
