Was an horrible experience. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. and yet I'm still here and it's currently 1:00 p.m. I came in for service due to my "ABS" light coming on and off, which when I called them some a.m. and yet I'm still here and it's currently 1:00 p.m. I came in for service due to my "ABS" light coming on and off, which when I called them someone at the front desk said if its not staying on then there isn't anything wrong with it, then proceeded to say it could just be an sensor. So I ended up going to the store while my car was being serviced and they never even called me. So once I got back... They said we tried both numbers you have on file and no answer, then once I asked what numbers they had, it was correct but they never called. Smh! The lies just continued. Now they say that it's a $50 deductible because the ABS isn't covered, but I only had the car for 2 months! What I'm saying is that "Upstate Auto" is a horrible company that tries to feed you to get the premium plan and come to find out. Your really screwing yourself! And Dorschel Toyota isn't any better, well at Least this location. At this point I'm seriously upset, because the employees don't know what they're talking about and giving false advice and are liars! And I'm still waiting.... Ugh never again. Upstate Auto on West Ridge Road is a Horrible and I repeat Horrible company.... They make it sound good to sell you the car and then leaves you high and dry when something goes wrong. It's not the money, it's the principal. Signed, Angry Customer More

Service has gone steadily downhill since Ron was hired as customer service rep--to the point where Ron no longer answers the phone at all when trying to schedule an appointment. Ron habitually gives misleading information about when car will be ready, and about availability of shuttle service. Ron seems to be clueless about suggesting appropriate services.<br>Quality of work is generally not a problem. When they make a mistake--such as breaking antenna off in their car wash or dropping a bolt into the oil pan--they admit it and fix it. More
