poor communication from service dept I hate getting lied to. The service dept is the worst. Parts never got ordered. Had to return three times just to get my door handle repaired. Why would you let the quick lube guys look at the repair work if they are not capable of the repairs in the first place, if that's what really happened. Hard to tell when you've been lied to so many times. after all that they scratched the door installing the new parts. More
Worst Customer Service ever!! I had a recall on my car before booking my appointment I wanted to make sure the repair would be completely covered. When I called the receptionist told me I had to speak to someone in the service department whoever she directed me to never answered so I left a voicemail. This happened for 2 weeks straight injustbkept leaving voicemails and never got a call back. I was extremely frustrated at this point that I even started having other family members call as well finally I got through to chris the service department manager. After speaking with him he could get me a appointment the following week (keep in mind it's been over a month now I've been trying to get in) he told me he would call me back to confirm. I never got a phone call back. I decided to just show up at the day and time we had discussed on the previous phone call. When I got there I was told I would get a rental car for the inconvince of my car and was informed they would need my car until Friday. My appointment was on Thursday. They gave me a huge pick up truck that was an extremely gas hog I drive a sonic which is a very small car that I rarely have to fill the tank on. So I was extremely upset about this. Come Friday I get a phone call saying they were able to get my car in the shop on thursday the day of my appointment or today(Friday). I was informed they would call me tomorrow( Saturday) I never received a phone call on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday I called asking when my car would be done at that point they said they did not get a chance yet to work on my car. They would call me later in the week when it was ready. I got called on Friday that my car was ready....meaning they had my car for over a week!!! I spend so much money in gas in that stupid pick up truck I was pissed. I could of drove my car for a whole another week pretty much. This was by far the worst service ever. Another reason why I never get my oil changed there because a 30 min oil change takes hours and is ×2 the amount of money. I never get any services there unless its cover by my warranty or a absolute must. The service is absolutely terrible!! I just paid my car off and am highly considering going to another dealership for a new car when I'm ready. Chevy has been used by my family for years pretty much everyone owns a Chevy but we have all had bad experiences to the point where we are considering switching dealers. More
Professional, efficient The staff took my vehicle right away, very pleasant...I was able to get a shuttle to the mall within minutes from a gentleman who was professional and The staff took my vehicle right away, very pleasant...I was able to get a shuttle to the mall within minutes from a gentleman who was professional and very nice to talk to...when my car was ready I was notified and the shuttle came back for me...picked up my vehicle-no charge! Poor sales and service. Dishonest They didn’t file our registration even after multiple calls to inquire where it was. Gave out false information regarding when title would arrive from multiple people in sales. Brought it back for first service to get tires rotated and they did not screw on a lug nut. Had to take it to another dealer and interrupt our family vacation to get the tire fixed. Thankfully we noticed it relatively soon after the service. When we notified them they said they would give us a service package to compensate us for time lost on our vacation. It’s been over a month and we have received nothing. Would not recommend this dealership. More

This company will LIE and STEAL your money. I had my only car key break the day before moving to a new home. I called them on FRIDAY and SATURDAY. They promised over the phone that it would take I had my only car key break the day before moving to a new home. I called them on FRIDAY and SATURDAY. They promised over the phone that it would take 15-20 minutes to get the key cut and reprogrammed for 60 dollars. I agreed and went through the trouble of getting my car towed to them. When I got there, they couldn't cut the key because the key cutter machine broke on THURSDAY. They said they needed to order parts from ITALY, which was going to take a month! So I just stood there, flabbergasted. Without asking me, they cut a new key with the BROKEN machine. They come out 20 minutes later and say that I HAVE to pay $68.20 to the cashier. I asked if we could try it first, I'm told no. I pay for the key and bring it to service where they tell me it will be ANOTHER sixty dollars to reprogram it. After an HOUR they tell me it did NOT work. I asked if that means I have to wait a month for them to cut a new key. They tell me they will send the key out to get a new key cut on MONDAY. I left and came back on Monday and was then told reprogramming was now $107.80! At this point, I was just done with the place and I was desperate for a key, so I paid and left. In the end, the sixty dollar "15-20 minutes" turned into 3 DAYS, and 180 dollars. To top everything off, the staff treated ME like I was wasting THEIR time. More
