I have had a dealer loaner for two weeks now. Bob Johnson not only has not figured out the issue on the vehicle but has sent it to another dealership to diagnose. I have been in touch with Mike Sofia, who has been extremely helpful, but my issue is I am getting nowhere near tthe gas mileage I was told I would when I bought it. He told me a story about a customer who traded in a car and lost money because gas prices rose and had buyers remorse. I then reached out to try and contact the owner, John Love, and his second in command, Rob Scott. I was told John was out and the woman took my summary of issues and said that Rob would call me back and he was the best. Hours later no call. I called back and went to his voicemai. I don't care about the cost of gas but it is not related as I am spending gas on a vehicle that doesn't perform as it should. I emphasized all I want is the car I paid for and I don't even know if I can get that. The only reason I am rating this dealership is I was told this is where the main offices and the people I need to reach are located. More
Stay away. .3 times to fix the same problem, I have a GM extended warranty. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Please add “0” rating! This dealership is so overgrown that the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. They jerked me around until my warranty was up! Between the faulty installs of their expensive GM parts, to the bizarre “service” department run arounds, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy! More
I dropped my car off to be diagnosed and I dealt with Andrew bisig my car was there for about 5 days and I was told that he did a diagnostic on the car and that it needed several things done when my fian Andrew bisig my car was there for about 5 days and I was told that he did a diagnostic on the car and that it needed several things done when my fiance went to pick the car up he was told that they could not give him a printed diagnostic on the car and that they couldn't tell us what was wrong with it when Andrew verbally told me what was wrong with the car they then tried to charge us $350 for a diagnostic that they couldn't prove they did once my fiance got agitated and you know a little loud the manager then came out and told him they can't give us a diagnostic because they have to attach a part number to it and the part for my car doesn't exist anymore cuz it's nowhere in the country they can't find it. Several days later my cousin and I took her car to the same Chevy dealership we're the same things that were wrong with my car was wrong with her car she got with someone other than Andrew I believe his name was Chris when she got her car back she got a printed diagnostic of what was wrong with the car so I asked her the person that she dealt with chevy gives printed Diagnostics? He said absolutely and then handed her her printed diagnostic. So what was Andrew's problem with giving me my printed diagnostic because the same parts that I needed on my car my cousin needed on hers and she has a printed diagnostic. Needless to say this Chevy is not a great Chevy their sales team may have great rating but their service is lacking I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. More
Service appointment took much too long. I dropped off my 2015 Silverado at 9 a.m. on 11/11. I did not pick it up until 5:30 p.m. 11/13. I was told several times that the work would be done, and that I would be contacted via telephone. This did not happen; I had to keep calling to talk to anyone. I was told it would be done 11/12- it wasn't; I was then told it would be done by noon on 11/13- it wasn't. I then talked to service manager "Mike", who checked with service techs. He told me it would be done by 5 p.m. 11/13; I had to wait for it to be finished. This was totally unacceptable, knowing that vehicles that came in after mine were being serviced ahead of mine. I was without a vehicle for 3 days........RF More

Service guy told me the 2 yr period had expired and wanted to know if I’d pay for oil change. He was going to have me leave, but since they had already started the process they had to finish. He asked again if I would pay for the oil change and I said no, so he said they would do a free one but then made me feel guilty that they were doing this. Not really impressed with his customer service skills. More
