Oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment on a Saturday at 10:30am. I asked how long it would take for service and the young man at the desk said they were a little behin I made an appointment on a Saturday at 10:30am. I asked how long it would take for service and the young man at the desk said they were a little behind at stated about 1 1/2 hour wait. I was a little disappointed, due to the fact I had an appointment in order to get in and get out. I went to the waiting room to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. To my dismay, approximately 50 minutes later the young man came to get me and advised me my vehicle was done. I was very impressed on the efficiency of completion. More

Took away a star for charging me $7 to install wiper blades. Probably took 4 total minutes. My last dealer didn’t charge for wiper blade install. I feel like they make enough on the wipers to have to nickel and dime me on the install. Next time I’ll do it myself More

Disappointed First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson Chevy back in July I have been extremely disappointed with the dealership as a whole. Now, this first thing I’m going to mention I let slide. Looking back now, I should have turned back and made my displeasure known. After leaving the lot the day I picked my truck up (after I was told it was cleaned and detailed prior to my arrival) I noticed food crumbs on top of the center console along with a sauce cup from chick-fil-a inside of the console. Both of which were not present when I took the truck for a test drive the day before, leading me to believe that after I had filled out paperwork to purchase said truck, an employee decided to take it out to lunch and subsequently, never got detailed like I was told that it was. Fast forward now to mid November. I happened to be in the area of the dealership and knowing I needed an oil change soon and needed a couple of things looked at in the truck, I decided to stop in and see what could be done. After standing in the service department for no less than 10 minutes before any employee acknowledged me standing there, I was finally engaged by someone. I was instructed that anything more than an oil change and tire rotation I would need to make an appointment for. No big deal. I scheduled a service appointment 9 days out for the Monday following Thanksgiving. I dropped my truck off around 8:45 am and was given a loaner vehicle. All day Monday, and all day Tuesday I heard nothing from the dealership or service department. Sometime between 7:00 and 8:00pm on Tuesday I received a call from one of the service department employees saying that he was sorry for the delay, they have been busy and still have not even brought my truck in for a diagnostic. Two days now my vehicle has sat at the dealership without even being looked at. Finally, Wednesday afternoon I received a call saying they had the oil change and tire roatation done, diagnostic done and found some computer module to be faulty and needed to be replaced. That part had to be ordered and would take another day to get in. Finally, around 5:00pm on Thursday I received another phone call letting me know my truck was done and ready for pick up. Four days after I had originally dropped it off. I returned to the service department where I stood there for close to another 10 minutes before being engaged by an employee asking if I had been helped. I stated what I was there for, returned the keys to the loaner vehicle and was given the paperwork to take to the cashier and pay while my truck was brought around. I was given a print out of everything that was done along with the multi point inspection print out listing out all the fluids and brake checks done and topped off. The following week, on my way to work, I had a message pop up saying I needed to add windshield washer fluid. Mind you, I had not had to use it since leaving the dealership where they had listed that the checked the level and marked it as full. Short of a faulty sensor, that shouldn’t be showing. Upon getting to work I checked the reservoir and it was indeed empty, or very close to empty. At this point I have lost all faith in what was actually checked and done in regards to service on my truck from this visit, along with what I was told was done to the truck in preparation of me picking it up after purchasing it. I am extremely disappointed with the show of customer service from this dealership all around. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from or seek service here. If I could return my truck to the dealership and walk away without oweing anything , without looking back I certainly would. More
Extremely disappointed I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and due to my recommendations 4 friends have also bought vehicles there. But recently I've had two expe I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and due to my recommendations 4 friends have also bought vehicles there. But recently I've had two experiences that have forced me to take my business elsewhere. The first was when a technician either over-tightened the center cap on the custom rims on my Cadillac or misplaced the cap. Bottom line - I picked up my Cadillac and when I arrived home I saw the center cap missing. I immediately contacted the dealership to complain and was told I'd get a return call. Two days went by and no call. I called again and was told the same thing. It is now over two months later and no one ever called and I had to spend $80 to replace the center cap. The second incident was 3 weeks ago when I put my 2014 Cruze in service because it repeatedly would not start. They did not repair the problem and told me that it "could be" caused by the remote starter. I insisted that because the remote starter was purchased by the dealership at the point of sale that they bear some responsibility. Bob Johnson refused to even diagnose the problem stating that the remote starter was "after market" and not covered under the extended warranty. They suggested that I take my vehicle to "Tim's Trim" instead of investigating the problem further or referring me to the company they hired to originally install the remote starter. After 4 more days in a row of my Cruze not starting I took it elsewhere and was told that the remote starter was improperly installed and paid $40 to have it removed. I contend that Bob Johnson could have easily done the same with a bit more consideration and effort. More
