Professionalism at its best! I stopped in to look at at some cars and get a general idea on pricing. At first I wasn’t approached by anyone. I proactively walked up and asked a gentleman if he could help me and he immediately jumped up and apologized for no one helping me this far. I explained to him I only had about 45 minutes to work with. We quickly got a quote on my used car trade in, pricing for the two cars I wanted and all while having some good conversation. I had to leave and he said he would get back to me in the morning on different options. He called me first thing in the morning and gave me 2 different options. In the end our current lease had just to much left to roll into a new car so we didn’t go through with it, however it would be wrong and near sighted of me to not recognize Brian For the work he did and the effort he put in to help me. I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE looking to buy a new car but not deal with an aggressive individual. Thanks Brian! More

Oil change Bought new car in May 2017, included 2 free oil changes, after getting other oil changes on car at other places, brought car in early June 2019 for fi Bought new car in May 2017, included 2 free oil changes, after getting other oil changes on car at other places, brought car in early June 2019 for first free oil change (called few days prior and person on phone said I had free changes left). Service guy told me the 2 yr period had expired and wanted to know if I’d pay for oil change. He was going to have me leave, but since they had already started the process they had to finish. He asked again if I would pay for the oil change and I said no, so he said they would do a free one but then made me feel guilty that they were doing this. Not really impressed with his customer service skills. More
