Poor service First they lost my car, then tried telling me my battery was no good after telling me the report said says my battery was fine and good charge. Treated me like I was stupid. Many people carry jumpers in their car! I used them to jump someone else. And then it was suggested that I killed the battery jumping other. The report said my battery was good. I think they wanted to sell me something I didn't need! They let my battery go dead and did not want to admit it. That last visit there was my LAST visit there. They cant be the only chevy dealership in NY More
Not happy at all My fiamce and I went in to Bob Johnson because we heard they wanted to be the top dealer in the US. We were interested in leasing and we found an Equ My fiamce and I went in to Bob Johnson because we heard they wanted to be the top dealer in the US. We were interested in leasing and we found an Equinox we liked. We met with the finance person and foubd that my fiance had to unfreeze his transunion credit report. When we left he told us that if my fiances credit report was over 700 we would be fine. In fact his was 749. GM (after checking our credit reports 4 times each) denied our lease but they offered to "sell" us the vehicle instead. My fiance needed to unlock his experian credit report to have that checked for a loan and not lease. He did not unlock it because we decided not to pursue the vehicle. One letter he received stated that they had checked his experien report which was a lie because it was still locked. Even after we said we didnt want to buy a vehicle, our credit was checked 3 times more without our approval. And each of the credit reports had a different score. My score is 693 and my fiances was 749. I have never been so displeased. Because of the number of unnecessary credit inquiries my score has gone down. We also had the GM discount from my sister in law and it didnt help. And to top it off, we never received a phone call to let us know we had not been approved. I had to call twice to get any response. I will never buy or lease a vehicle from Bob Johnson. And all my friends will hear about this. More

Easy, quick and friendly I was checked in quickly, waited in a very comfortable waiting room and was on my way in no time. The Tech's are fast and friendly too. Great place. Had an unfortunate accident and was working 11-12 hour days. Needed to get a new car but didn’t have time to get to the dealership. Everyone w place.
