I was present with my son several weeks before when he purchased a used Silverado. It "WAS" great working with Sam. Two weeks later I returned to Sam to purchase my used Silverado pickup and it also went smooth as silk. Sam was a no pressure salesman. Things were great. BUT, I was promised a set of mud-flaps for my Silverado back in February Contacted Sam numerous times now. As if Today 6/20/18, SAM has not delivered the flaps . THANKS A LOT Sam!
