Disappointing I am disappointed to say this was not a good experience for me. I hadn't had my vehicle for more than a week and things were going wrong with it, whic I am disappointed to say this was not a good experience for me. I hadn't had my vehicle for more than a week and things were going wrong with it, which it happens, but the service center was not easy to deal with. They had my vehicle for two days before I found out it needed to go to a Toyota dealer. I had to speak to multiple people to get that answer. They made me come back after having a rental for two days to get a new one because they wanted to keep low mileage on it. Mind you, I told them I live almost two hours away before hand. They wouldn't work with me, so I had to drive two hours there and back to get the other rental. When I went to exchange the rental, the person I was originally working with wasn’t there and the second person I worked with with went home, therefore, I still had no answers on the status of my vehicle. It wasn't until four days later, I got a call from the service center saying my vehicle is still in the shop and they think it will be done in the next day or so. Two days after that call, I got to pick up my vehicle- only to get it back dirty in the inside and out. After everything, they didn’t even have the decency to run my vehicle through the car wash. More
