Great service Every time I take my truck in for service the experience is very relaxed. The service consultant, (Dan) is very knowledgeable and concerned for the cu Every time I take my truck in for service the experience is very relaxed. The service consultant, (Dan) is very knowledgeable and concerned for the customer's satisfaction. While doing the intake report on the reason I was bringing my truck in for service he asked me if I was planning to wait because it was going to take a lot longer than I was figuring and he didn't want me to waste my day sitting around the showroom. He had already arranged for a rental (no charge) until the work was completed. Dan called me that afternoon and told me the work was done but they wanted to keep the truck overnight to do a recheck of the truck in the morning and they would call me when it was done. As it turned out my warranty was about to expire and Dan caught it so that the work was covered. I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY SERVICE NEEDS More
