He knew I wanted to try the Nissan Rogue the day after I test drove the Chevy Equinox. I was xxxx bent on getting the Nissan. That was the worst experience ever...after 2 hours of lousy customer service at that other dealership, I texted the Chevy salesman & asked for a 2nd test drive. I bought it right then & there. Excellent customer service says a lot about a company & how they'll treat you in the future. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from Bob Johnson & I'm so glad I did. I'm still learning the different features on the car, but I'm definitely enjoying my new ride. :) One last thing...on the day I picked up the vehicle, I was given a tutorial on the On Star function by a gal with the last name of Springsteen (I forgot her first name). She was showing me some of the different features, one being the tire pressure. She noticed my tires were low in air, so she went with me to the service area where they pumped up the tires & sent me on my way. More
