Over priced labor rate Took my car in for NY inspection and they failed it for bad control arm bearings. I had no indication they were bad but they assured me they were. The labor rate per hour is so over priced and of course the took the maximum time to fix it.I suggest if you need a NY inspection steer clear of a dealer shop. More

The salesman didn't talk down to me (I'm female) or ignore any inquiries. There was excellent communication from the test drive to the day after I picked up my new vehicle. He knew I wanted to try the Nissan Rogue the day after I test drove the Chevy Equinox. I was xxxx bent on getting the Nissan. That was the worst experience ever...after 2 hours of lousy customer service at that other dealership, I texted the Chevy salesman & asked for a 2nd test drive. I bought it right then & there. Excellent customer service says a lot about a company & how they'll treat you in the future. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from Bob Johnson & I'm so glad I did. I'm still learning the different features on the car, but I'm definitely enjoying my new ride. :) One last thing...on the day I picked up the vehicle, I was given a tutorial on the On Star function by a gal with the last name of Springsteen (I forgot her first name). She was showing me some of the different features, one being the tire pressure. She noticed my tires were low in air, so she went with me to the service area where they pumped up the tires & sent me on my way. More
