Car recalled for emissions problem. I will take my car there as long as it is under warranty. After that, I would probably take it to some place closer to where I live. When cars are recalled, why doesn't the dealer automatically order the parts ahead of time so customer doesn't have to make a second trip. Steve York and Dan Helmbold were wonderful to work with and are dedicated to making sure the customer's needs are met. More

Infuriating I had a loaner while my car was being worked on I did not damage the loaner I was told the loaner was inspected before I took it in my possession I had a loaner while my car was being worked on I did not damage the loaner I was told the loaner was inspected before I took it in my possession but - this was NOT DONE IN MY PRESENCE so how can I know that it was done fairly or at all!? I turned it in and was told there is $2700 worth o damage to the vehicle UM - I didn’t damage the truck, I can’t SEE any damage. But alarently the tailgate squeaks when opened and now I’m expecte to lay almost three grand to fix it !!! Yeah - won’t be recommending this service center to anyone I know. Quite the opposite. I’ll share this experience with my friends and family and acquaintances to spare them from the ridiculousness I’m going through !!! More
