Had to return a couple days later Just went in for a oil change,, tire rotation and they recommended changing the engine air filter. I agreed to that but on my way home (30 minutes away) I turned on my fan for my air conditioner and it made a loud vibrating noise. I called and they told me to come back and they would fix it. Too far to go back that day, going back today but don’t appreciate having to make the extra trip. More

Bad customer service I made an appt online for 7:30 am. When I pulled in a man came up with a tablet and asked for my name and what I was coming in for. I told them I had I made an appt online for 7:30 am. When I pulled in a man came up with a tablet and asked for my name and what I was coming in for. I told them I had a appt and gave them my information they told me where to park and to leave my keys in the car and that was it. So I went inside and I waited for a while. Around 9 am I went to the desk to see if it was done yet they said no because I didn’t check in up front too. I didn’t think I would have to check in at two different places and it was never communicated to me that I had to do so. I explained to them that I made an appointment online and I spoke to someone outside and gave them my information I don’t know why it wasn’t communicated to me. I would have felt a little better if they would have apologized for the confusion or the fact that i had been waiting so long when they had my keys hung up the whole time and didn’t know who they belonged to. I will not be going back here for any services after this experience. More
