Pay a little,more attention to detail. Overall good customer service. All the guys are great and willing to help. Only issue was brought in for oil change 5-14-18 they said they topped wash Overall good customer service. All the guys are great and willing to help. Only issue was brought in for oil change 5-14-18 they said they topped washer fluid. Usefd washer fluid next day and it triggered the refill fluid light. It was almost empty. Not to big of a deal but might want to double check next time. Would recommend this location despite small issue. More

Oil Change Was told on the phone that the oil change would take 45 mins. Took almost 2 hours. Was told when I leased the car, that I get two oil changes included Was told on the phone that the oil change would take 45 mins. Took almost 2 hours. Was told when I leased the car, that I get two oil changes included. That was also false as they advised me that the 2nd oil change had expired. Just too much of a hassel for something that I thought was included in my lease. More

Another Great Experience This is the fourth vehicle that my wife and I have worked with Ray Mitchell and John Brest since December 2016 on the lease and purchase of vehicles. This is the fourth vehicle that my wife and I have worked with Ray Mitchell and John Brest since December 2016 on the lease and purchase of vehicles. We have come back to Bob Johnson (BJ) because of Ray and John and plan to in the future. Our latest vehicle that we purchased in April was not within BJ's inventory. As is typical with Ray, he went out of his way to locate the vehicle and wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We have worked with John each time in financing our vehicles. Similar to Ray, John took the time to explain the many finance / extended coverage plans that we could chose from. My wife and I have had great experiences with Ray and John on a consistent basis. They both are very professional and very personable in their approach to meeting our needs. More
