I ordered a van in to the Avon location from Greece. I met with Steve Johnson who sold me the van. After leaving the dealership I received a call telling me the van was sold to someone else the day befo I met with Steve Johnson who sold me the van. After leaving the dealership I received a call telling me the van was sold to someone else the day before and the he and I both requested the van be transferred to Avon on the same day. Steve is the manager and he did not know the van was sold the day before. I believe they sold the van by mistake the day before because they are are unorganized and no one knew or cared the van was transported to the location for me. Steve Johnson "manager" should have known the status of the vehicle yet he let me look at it,test drive it and ave my mechanic look at it before agreeing on a sales price. More

Visited dealer on April 4, 2023, to try to purchase a 2023 Bolt EUV. Placed order on the same date with Ted Peters. I responded to an online ad for a used corvette and was told a salesman would e-mail me "very" shortly. End of business day and heard nothing. OK, they sold it I get it but one would expect the courtesy of a timely response and inquire as to if I was interested in another vehicle or have them search for one.
