Trying to get me to buy service not needed I only have 18,000 plus miles on my 2013 vehicle and had the air filter changed a short time ago even though I didn't need it. It was shown to me again with a little dust on it and was suggested that it be changed soon. Also suggested tires should be rotated because of wear on one side. I will look into that. I know your people are to bring items to customers attention but it is not appreciated if they are not critical safety issues. I only drive my car a few miles a year and should not have any issues. Scott had left for the day and was not able to help me the time I needed but made sure to enlist the help of Jadwin who was prompt and timely and I left the dealership under 18 minutes because of all the hard work done ahead of time. I would recommend Bob Johnson in the future and I would more than likely by my fourth car from them in the near future. I appreciate their focus on volume sales and working with people regardless of their situations.
