2015 silverado just out of warranty needed parts for tailgat my sales person (Willie Williams) told me to call Customer service and explain circumstance and they might be able to help me with some good will to g my sales person (Willie Williams) told me to call Customer service and explain circumstance and they might be able to help me with some good will to get my dropping tailgate fixed. Diana from Customer service got me in touch with service rep Mark Jenkins to work out the repair so as not to charge me the entire cost. Willie, Diana and Mark Jenkins bent over backwards to get my tailgate fixed as fast as possible! I can't express enough gratitude to you all for the SUPER SERVICE rendered to me! I am one Satisfied customer and will continue to have my vehicle serviced through Bob Johnson as long as they have excellent Service Reps Like Mark Jenkins!!!! Again thank you to all! You were wonderful! More
