After a few calls, and a couple emails and a text or two I was driving a new truck!!!!!! Brady and Dylan were great, I could not be happier. I ran eight Pella window dealerships and I know sharp people when I come in contact with them, I have hired hundreds. Guy came out at 10:00, thought he was going to say “ all done” but instead he informed me they hadn’t gotten to my car yet. Didn’t get out of there til nearly 11:30. Not acceptable. Apparently the consumers time means nothing. Third survey I’ve been asked to give. Said the same thing in all. Do they care?? Nope. More

Vehicle was prepped for delivery nicely however, the interior windows and floor were not cleaned. Dirt and foot prints were on mats and carpet at each seat, windows had finger prints and smudges. Radio had pre-sets for every possible station, all three frequencies! Perhaps the original dealer, Victor Chevrolet, had "played" with the vehicle? More

3 repair attempts for the same issue. Upon entry to the service area you are not met, spoken to or directed where to go. It feels as if they avoid eye contact with you as if afraid you’ll Upon entry to the service area you are not met, spoken to or directed where to go. It feels as if they avoid eye contact with you as if afraid you’ll ask for something. 3 attempts to get the Check Engine light off wasn’t reassuring of their skill level as mechanics - loose battery cable found on 3rd try. So far so good. Service Consultant Daniel was excellent and a saving grace to the company. They need a bigger service dept. Waiting over 2 hrs for oil change is poor. Last time I went to Valvoline - done in 25 min. More
