Forgot that my car was there. Service department didn't have the car part, no big deal, they said it would be in next day (Friday). So I left the car there Friday, Saturday. Monday called me to tell me they forgot my car was even there?! Either too busy or unorganized?! Not sure which one?! Also, this was previous to forgetting my car was there...when I made a routine recommend 18 month service appointment and checked in the employee asked me what that means?! I said I'm not sure exactly, oil change, rotate tires, etc. I also mentioned a noise I started hearing. He said I had to talk to someone else about it. He did not know where this someone else was, he was clearly frustrated and continued to tell me his shift was ending now. So unprofessional in my opinion! More
