Buyer Beware BUYER BEWARE Bought a used 2017 CTS in May 2018, love the car. In October, called because of a rumbling/thrum in the tires at highway speeds (which BUYER BEWARE Bought a used 2017 CTS in May 2018, love the car. In October, called because of a rumbling/thrum in the tires at highway speeds (which had been there the whole time, I just didn't have the time to take it in to get it checked). Took it in to get it checked out, and the tires have shifted belts in the back pair and are chopped in the front. Salesperson who sold the car isn't there anymore, Sales Manager Anthony won't do anything. Not only did the sales slip (and the price I paid - IN CASH) show that the car had 1,200 miles less than what I picked it up at (slip showed 22,000 car had 23,200 when I picked it up) but apparently came with not just junk runflats, but damaged junk runflats. They offered to cover mounting & balancing, but the $1000 in tires would be on me. Pretty sure that extra 1,200 miles on a used car would probably be worth something, but I guess not. I'll never use them again. More

Very satisfied, our second purchase this past year. Benny, our salesman did an excellent job helping us with everything. However, our Equinox came with one FOB.
