WAY too long to wait! This is the FIFTH FREAKIN survey I've taken for a simple oil change. The oil change Took an hour and 20 minutes. Incredibly disappointed with that. Spoke at length with Chris the service manager and he told me he would fix the issues with the wait time as well as the numerous contacts such as a survey.
