6 hour Lease experience was amazing. See why below I went there to finalize a lease return and accept a new vehicle - a 2019 Equinox with driver side electric seat. All the paperwork was completed, in I went there to finalize a lease return and accept a new vehicle - a 2019 Equinox with driver side electric seat. All the paperwork was completed, including temporary insurance cards When Travis opened the door, with one look, I said: "This is a manual driver's seat. I cannot take possession." After a moment of silence, Travis voiced the first of many apologies. I said: "Thanks Travis. I'll go call my wife while you figure out what to do." That triggered an amazing coordinated attack from Travis, his manager, the finance guys and even the insurance company. When they located a replacement, all the paperwork had to be redone - after all, it was a different VIN #. Yes, It did take six hours. But the result was that I actually drove away in a 2019 Equinox that had the electric seat - and was the same color we chose.I was DELIGHTED! Travis and the entire Websmart Chevrolet team provided an amazing experience for me. I strongly urge you to see Travis Gillespie when you need a new Chevy. Your experience will be amazing too!
