I waited for the vehicle and said to Steve that my drivers outside mirror didnt seem to defrost very good. (2012 Buick Lacrosse AWD. He had it checked and found it was inopp. Ordered a new glass and had it installed the next day. I'm Impressed with the Service and prrofessionalism. I'm sure to tell my friends about the fine service. More

Surprise! (The good kind!) I had AAA tow my non-starting 2000 GMC after-hours and chose Patrick for the convenient location and past positive experience. The after-hours key drop box made the process very easy; when I stopped in the next morning to make sure there were no questions, Jeff already had things under control. The excellent courtesy shuttle drivers Wade and Sam took me to and from work while I awaited news from Jeff: the fuel pump was bad, and then when installing the replacement they found that it couldn't properly seal to the rusted fitting on the fuel tank so the tank would need to be replaced too, but it would take 4 days for the part to arrive. I rode the shuttle back to the dealer after work, expecting to just have my ride home pick me up there, but as we pulled in I saw my vehicle out front! I walked in to check on the status with Jeff, who surprised me with the news that it was all set and didn't need a new fuel tank because they were able to use an after-market replacement fitting to get a good seal. This led to some other subsequent problems but fixing them was still cheaper than a new tank. Thanks to Jeff and his team going the "extra mile" to find a better solution, I got to drive away in my vehicle 4 days sooner and at a lower cost than I expected! More
