Great customer service regarding insurance claim! Mark Spatz and staff at the collision center in Rochester, NY made my car repair experience a total joy. Not only did he get me in within a half-hour Mark Spatz and staff at the collision center in Rochester, NY made my car repair experience a total joy. Not only did he get me in within a half-hour of calling for an estimate, his staff arranged for Enterprise to come pick me up; had a full estimate prepared for me in a very short period of time; contacted me the same day after he found additional damage and made several recommendations; prepared a second estimate and e-mailed me shortly thereafter; and finished the repairs in about 48 hours. His staff arranged for Enterprise to pick up the car from their location and my car was returned to me fully cleaned (inside and out)!!!! It looked great! Everyone there was professional, smiling and very accommodating. Hands down, I would highly recommend them and use them again. Thank you to all involved. You have restored my faith in dealerships with good old fashioned caring and follow-through. More

Doll Up Service I am very satisfied with the mechanical service performed on 6/14/16 and all other visits prior, however, I am very dissatisfied with the 'doll up' se I am very satisfied with the mechanical service performed on 6/14/16 and all other visits prior, however, I am very dissatisfied with the 'doll up' service performed on 6/14/16 and will definitely broadcast how inadequate this service is for the price ($199.99). The car was not washed clean, the windows and mirrors were streaked and not clean, the interior was not cleaned to my expectation, and the carpets were soaking wet with soap still in them which led to a hard white residue on the top of then when they finally dried two days later. Console, trunk and other storage areas in car were not vacuumed clean, in fact were not even dusted; they were in the same condition as when car was delivered for service. In closing I would recommend the mechanical service to others but will definitely not give high compliments to the detail shop for their work, it is mediocre at best. More
