I had an oil change service at this dealership. It was not a pleasant one. The ladies at the service department and the casher just lied over and over again without a blink of an eye. At the very start , I asked the price of the service and pointed out that they had a promotion ( oil change and tire rotation for $49.99) at the time, the lady at the service department said " the total will be 60 + , they just changed price and have not update the web page ... but we will honor the price , but it is still going to be 60+, because you need to pay tax and fees ". well, after the service done, the final was 69.56. On the receipt , it says labor 28.95, parts 33.45 ,misc 4.86, and tax 2.3. Clearly , they honored 62.4 instead of $49.99. When I asked the casher, she said, the normal price is 70 + .... At the time, I knew it was better to just pay , an argument would make the experience even worse. So, be prepared if you have to use their service ! More

I was locked out of my 2015 Buick Regal, and Mark, Bob, the whole bunch told me there was a secret button underneath my door handle that I had to pry open.... after explaining to him that isn’t is nowhere to be found on my car, he profoundly told me it was, and then became frustrated and hung up. I was locked out of my car, with the keys in hand due to a faulty lock system in my drivers side door. They then told me to bring the car in even though I was locked out. Upon me breaking into my own I went to the dealership so they could explain to me what they were talking about. When I showed up, they looked at my car and said, “huh, must’ve been painted over.” They don’t understand the cars they sell. On top of it all, they claimed I stole a key fob, and then made the poor minimum wage mechanic pay for my new key fob which was already purchased. Skummy skummy slime owners and management. Why on earth would a business owner making well over 20,000 a week force his minimum wage mechanic to pay out of pocket for a mistake the owner made. That is absolutely slimy predatory behavior. What kind of human runs a business like this? The guys a bum, and no one in service could recognize my issue without “taking apart my door” Look, the ladies on the phone were a joy to speak to, and really helped me out, however the owner claimed I stole and double charged me and an employee for his own error. Pitiful, I would never give my business to such a company again. More
I took my 2017 youkon for AC repair after I talked to Justin From service department on the phone couple days ago and he promised he’ll have a loaner car ready for me cause I live about 30 minutes away f Justin From service department on the phone couple days ago and he promised he’ll have a loaner car ready for me cause I live about 30 minutes away from dealer after I got there and he took my info he asked me if I have anyone to pick me up cause the job needs about seven hours then I asked him about the loaner car we talked about over the phone he said I have zero loaners as of now they all gone so I got really mad cause I had left work that day to get my AC working I put my self in the car and left and on my way out I told him I will call GM and make a complaint he didn’t even care after all now I’m driving my lease vehicle with a monthly note with no AC I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for service especially if they need to drop off their car . I've been a customer here for years, and find the entire staff to be extremely polite, the mechanics are highly trained AND experienced, and when you need to meet your budget, just ask! They will give you good information AND choices to try and fit your budget. The value for money is very fair, quality and reliability is top notch. I've tried cut-rate repair shops but it's risky business, not worth the little you may or may not save. More

Our 2005 Saturn Vue encoun I am writing this review to express our complete satisfaction with the Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC dealership in Plymouth, MI. Our 2005 Saturn Vue encountered an issue with Body Electrical System. We installed an aftermarket device on our vehicle based on the suggestion of our insurance company in order to decrease our premium and gain reward points that were redeemable at various locations. Instead of saving me money I had to pay for components that shorted out due to the device installed. One of the devices that shorted out was the BCM (Body Computer Module). Not only was the vehicle not starting it also stopped operating while driving. With the very professional and patient personnel in the Service Department the issue was resolved. This was a very perplexing issue, but the folks at Bob Jeannotte worked on the problem until a final resolution was attained. I wrote to the Jeannotte expressing our thanks and praising the dealership. My wife and I have not been fans of dealership service departments. Our minds have been changed with our relationship with Bob Jeannotte. We rate them a 5 star dealership and very highly recommend them for new car sales, used car sales, car rentals their service department and most of all their highly professional staff. Appreciated that he reminded me of the time frame to receive the oil changes included with a new car purchase. Customer Lounge is well equipped even when busy, as it was that morning. Customers all seems satisfied with length of wait, as was I. Keep up the attention to customer service! My sales person walked through and recognized me even though it has been over 1.5 years since purchase. Second car purchased through this dealership and will return. The Buick Regal has been a great car. More

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GETTING PAID FROM AN APPOINTMENT, THAT IS NO REASON FOR KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXIT OUT OF THE BUILDING! Also, I had forgot to mention an additional concern I had so I called the service department after I left the dealership to inform them about it. While picking up my car, I asked about the loose steering and the guy said since the car tested out fine, they didn't look into the steering. I am very disappointed in the "rush rush get the customer out the door" service you run! More
