We came to get a 2013 Toyota Camry and was told BH did not have the model we wanted so we were "convinced" to get a Toyota Camry Hybrid because it was similar to the vehicle we wanted. We were under so mu not have the model we wanted so we were "convinced" to get a Toyota Camry Hybrid because it was similar to the vehicle we wanted. We were under so much duress that day and foolishly bought this vehicle without reading more into the contract. When we came home, we realized it was NOT a 2013 but a 2012. The very next day, we went to explain our very "consumer remorse" and asked if we could return the vehicle. Not only were we denied the request but no one even offered us anything to ease our pains of paying such a high price for a 2012 vehicle. It seems like they do their best to get you to sign on the dotted line but after you signed, their hands are washed (while their pockets are full). Their customer service skills are zero at best. Don Nelson was able to determine the type of automobile that would be best suited for us. He explained it in a manner that we could understand and comprehend. We never felt rushed into making a decision fr that would be best suited for us. He explained it in a manner that we could understand and comprehend. We never felt rushed into making a decision from a number of vehicles. I don't believe we would have made a decision that day had he not been our sales representative. At first I had a bad experience with one of the sales agents, when I returned, I found a different one to help me and from that point on the whole experience was great. Emailed Dave (he was great) on the internet side late Saturday evening and received a message on Monday morning, then spoke over the phone about the Highlander I was interested in. We live in Fletcher and drove up late that afternoon to drive the Highlander. Dave was very gracious and stayed later than he was suppose to. Everyone was very easy to deal with......NO PRESSURE!!! That's a PLUS for us! Sean B. in finance was great also...very personable, easy to talk with, NO PRESSURE!! Bob Howard Dealership was great to us 4 years ago and that why we decided to go back. We just bought 2 brand new cars within 2 weeks from one another. Both times we dealt with Al and Sean from finance. They were great. We were happy with what was given to us. Sean in finance was great he explained all our warranty and extras with detail. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The only complaint I have is with the service department. Our brand new $60,000 vehicle had issues with it's tires. We kept telling them the tires weren't balanced they said they were. We took our vehicle to Discount Tires and our tires on the left side were both unbalanced by a half an ounce a piece. We continued to have trouble with the tires and complained. Amanda from the dealership phoned and offered to swap the tires and rims out. We did this and our car is perfect now. Al, Sean, TR and Amanda were a pleasure to deal with. More
We were very pleased with this dealership. We had visited FOWLER and had problems with getting information from anyone. We told them we would definately be buying a Toyato Tacoma and no one would ca visited FOWLER and had problems with getting information from anyone. We ordered a truck and he kept us well informed before it arrived at your dealership. We are very please with the service we received from BOB HOWARD and will recommend them to others. More
