I had made an appointment to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection as soon as possible. I was very clear that I intended to purchase the car if it passed inspection. Not only did they sell the car to someone else during the very short time period before I could see my mechanic, they didn't even have the decency to tell me until I showed up for the appointment. What kind of customer service lets you drive around town wasting your time for no reason? The car itself was well cared for, in good condition and all my questions were answered, so that's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But this dealership does not communicate with you, is underhanded, disorganized, and generally unprofessional. More

Poor customer service I emailed, then spoke to the internet salesman about the availability of a car advertised on line. I scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon I emailed, then spoke to the internet salesman about the availability of a car advertised on line. I scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. I showed up on time and was told the car was at Firestone and would be back shortly. I waited for 30 minutes and the car never showed up. I received a shoulder shrug from the salesman and and half-hearted "I'm sorry".I guess they didn't want to sell the car very badly. Poor customer service, More
Liars and Very Poor Customer Service Don't waste your time and money going to Bob Howard Toyota. We ordered a 2015 Tacoma Long Bed and the salesman Tony Tran told us they can get one with the options we wanted within 4 to 6 weeks. Well, we waited 6 weeks and still no answer. We called Bob Howard Toyota and Tony said that it will be here just have to wait a few more weeks. It's been almost 12 weeks and still Tacoma has not arrived. We finally called Toyota in California to file a case. Sales Manager Ray Wood called and said that if we want one we'll have to wait another 12 weeks. I called Salesman Tony Tran and he said there is no way they can get us a LongBed with the options we wanted. By this time we knew something fishy is going on because the sales manger Ray Wood said we could get one but have to wait another 3 months but when we called salesman Tony Tran he said there is no way they could get us one. So we settle on buying one off their lot for $600 more than the one we ordered and it had a scratch on window after we already purchase the truck. It took Bob Howard forever just to replace it. We thought we could do business with Bob Howard again because we have just bought a brand new 2014.5 Toyota Camry three months before we ordered Tacoma. They were being rude and lies after lies. Don't waste your time going to Bob a Howard Toyota. More

They want to add on everything they can by extending the time of the loan. Remember what you negotiated for, Watch the slick talk and your bottom line. After a long day of shopping and negotiations you're so exhausted but they are so good at sneaking in extra costs for unnecessary add-ins in the name of saving you money and not raising your payments. Others I have talked to say they had the same problem at Bob Howard. The Shell Game chapter 2 Two months ago; after 10 months of double payments I tried to cancel Gap Insurance. They stated I had to come out and cancel it in person so we did. After two months Bob Howard has still not gotten the policy cancelled and reimbursed the $700 remainder to the Wells Fargo loan balance. Finally Today I Called the Gap Insurance Co. In Houston and did it with a simple e-mail. I called BH and relayed what has been going with Gap but they couldn't help me unless I tell them the name of the person who Filled out the request two months ago. Before the sale BH couldn't do enough but afterwards I have felt their attitude simply Smug when I discuss these difficulties I've had with the dealership. I have purchased Toyotas since 1979 but will not trust any B H dealership. For Toyotas there are better choices on OKC than settling for what I have experienced here. I just simply want to give a heads up for others going through the buying experience. At 60 I don't want to ever repeat the absolutely worst buying experience of my life. More
They will lie to sell cars I bought a Scion Tc from this dealership last month. I specifically asked if it comes with navigation, the sales guy said yes. I tested the navigatio I bought a Scion Tc from this dealership last month. I specifically asked if it comes with navigation, the sales guy said yes. I tested the navigation before and after all the paperwork, both times it didn't work. I asked the sales person person to have it fixed, he said that the Service Department is already close. I agreed to come back some other time. I drove for 6 hours and after 400 miles, visited their dealership today to have the navigation fixed. The manager told me that he will check the vehicle. I called the seller since he was not in the dealership. Both of them told me that I will pay $1,000+ for the navigation, the navigation that I asked even before I bought the car. I was told that I shouldn't expect them to take care of it. Let's rewind... I specifically told them that I'm looking for a car that has navigation. I bought a new car because my old car don't have that functionality. Instead of helping me, the manager ask me questions that is not even relevant to the missing navigation. Asking what I do for work, if I shopped around etc... These tactics are almost insulting. I already purchased an expensive car, why try to get me to pay more? I try to live my life and work with honesty. These guys have the worse work ethic and customer service. Learn from my experience. I'm already looking at filing a complaint and possibly suing them. We've owned our first car for three years now and have been extremely pleased with the purchase. One month ago we purchased a used 2014 Toyota Sienna. It was the best price in town, and after extensive research, I knew we were getting an honest deal. The salesman was attentive and very polite. I loved the van, but it had a few cosmetic flaws that needed to be fixed. I used the Toyota service department and was extremely impressed. They contacted me throughout the process so that I knew when the work would be completed. They were extremely kind and friendly to my children and me. More importantly, the work is impeccable. My van looks beautiful, and I am proud to drive it. I tend to be picky about my purchases, especially expensive ones, and I expect excellent customer service. I am pleased to say that Bob Howard Toyota met my expectations in both respects. Oh, and they have the best selection of used vehicles we've seen, and we've shopped around extensively through the years. That's why we've shopped here for our last purchases. We will definitely return if we need to purchase another vehicle! More

We had a quote and an appointment We had received an online quote which was competitively priced for end-of-the-sales-year, and had set up an appointment to meet and drive the car. We We had received an online quote which was competitively priced for end-of-the-sales-year, and had set up an appointment to meet and drive the car. We arrived 5 minutes early only to learn the guy we were meeting with had left a few minutes earlier. A stand-in was immediately found. He was friendly and polite, but told us that we wouldn't be happy with that car, and proceeded his bait-and-switch. Don't believe them, keep driving! More
Extremely bad service station for Toyota Today, I had my car serviced for oil and tire rotation at Bob Howard at Kelly Avenue, Oklahoma City. I took an appointment after asking how long it wo Today, I had my car serviced for oil and tire rotation at Bob Howard at Kelly Avenue, Oklahoma City. I took an appointment after asking how long it would take, they said it will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. I dropped the car at 10:50 am and time goes buy and it was 1:15 pm and I got no call from the service representative. I had my wife drive me there to see what is going on. I walked to the service desk and the representative started looking at his computer for few minutes and said let me see what's going on. He walked to another office where 3 gentlemen were setting in front of another set of computers and came back saying there is a nail in the tire and we can't fix and we have to replace the entire tire. I asked him why you waited for almost 3 hours to inform me about this issue. Also, the service manager was not professional in his response and didn't honor the complaint. Too many middle men in this service station and lot of conflicting information from the mechanic to the customer. I am very unhappy about this situation More
