The individual customer service is unmatched! I never felt pressured to choose additional services and I was well informed of everything they were doing for my vehicle. I never felt pressured to choose additional services and I was well informed of everything they were doing for my vehicle. More

WORSE DEALERSHIP SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I brought my car to get look at because it broke down while going to work. I called and made an appt. I explained to them I received an error messag I brought my car to get look at because it broke down while going to work. I called and made an appt. I explained to them I received an error message “low power steering fluid”. They called me back and told me they couldn’t find any issues. My advisor told me they did a multi inspection on it and things were good. I asked why did the error message come up? And he said prob a glitch of some sort. I said okay but I’m still worried my car will break down especially if I have my daughter w/ me. All he could say was just bring it back if it happens and that they need an active code to go any further. Before all this happened I advise him that I was able to pull codes at home and it was related to the fuel pump and if they can just look at it anyways. But kept saying they needed “active codes”. I said fine okay, as I’m leaving the dealership. I barely make it out that far and my car breaks down again. I almost wrecked! The car behind me had to break abruptly. Luckily each time my car had broke down I was able to start it up again. I turn around and bring it back to the dealership. My advisor was still there. He asked if he could test drive my car right then and there. I said okay. He wasn’t able to duplicate the issue I stated. So he said he will have another advisor take over. Fast forward they had another tech look at it the second time. She was able to duplicate and find the issue. I talk to the manager and he claims they look at the fuel pump the first time. I don’t believe it because it doesn’t say anywhere on my notes that they look at it. If they did, they did a POOR JOB at explaining it on the notes. I want to know why it wasn’t caught the first time? And it took my car to break down AGAIN for them to look into it throughly. From the beginning I told them I think my issue is related to my fuel pump system and also a recall notice. They didn’t write anything on the notes about the power steering fluid and why it show up. NOTHING. That’s not even it. My second advisor told me he had a loaner car for to pick up after work. He never stated it was first come first serve. I called them to make sure they had it and he told me none was available. I said why wouldn’t you call me to let me know it wasn’t unavailable??! so you’re telling me I would of wasted my time driving up there AGAIN?? To find out I wouldn’t be getting a loaner? Thats fine if it’s first come first serve but I didn’t know that. That right there is poor lack of communication and they are NOT considerate of our time! I had plastic shower caps in my car. They didn’t clean up after themselves! The visits before, they didn’t topped my washer fluid. I asked them if the multi inspection detects that and they said yes. I said why didn’t my fluid get top then? And didn’t get a good answer and that he would talk to them about it. By far the worst dealership, i don’t know how there are good reviews for this place. I will NOT be getting my car service here anymore and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone else. Not sure how this place is still open. It needs to be closed down and all RE-TRAIN for better customer service! They said they were going to send me updated messages on my car via texts and never got anything! More
They diagnosed the problem with my RAV4 but I had to initiate the contact during that 2 day process to fget information, although the service manager texted when the car was ready. initiate the contact during that 2 day process to fget information, although the service manager texted when the car was ready.
