I had scheduled an appointment and my maintenance was attended to right away - the wait was surprisingly short and my car was washed, which is a real bonus. I must say though that working with our salesman, Mitesh Ghandi, is what keeps us coming back to Bob Howard. We have now purchased 3 vehicles through Mr Ghandi. The chocolate cappuccinos help too 😁 More

Update: Aaron and Royce have stepped up to resolve the issues after reviewing my complaint. George was my final service advisor. After a rocky start with him yesterday (I'm sure he didn't fully understand issues after reviewing my complaint. George was my final service advisor. After a rocky start with him yesterday (I'm sure he didn't fully understand my frustration, initially or the time that it had taken to get to this point), he also stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure things were right. I understand that customers often complain or simply don't understand what it takes to make things happen. So, I can have some leniency. But, hopefully, the service writers and technicians can be coached in a way that will lead to improvement. My car problem is not a common problem that occurs, and I also understand that. But, please listen to your customers. This car provides my livelihood. I greatly appreciate the final resolution. ******************* I have gone through both the service department and the service director, and I'm still waiting on resolve on a repair that was done in error after misdiagnosis on my car. I have also escalated this to the BBB. I am requesting a credit for the repair that was done in error and completion of the repair that still needs to be done.. More

Scheduled oil change took two hours. Price charged was $18 more than quoted when making the appointment.
