All about selling you a car but not fixing it Bought a new 2016 Toyota Avalon and from day one the messaging does not work. I live 2 hours away and had it there 3 times. Each time they would re-sync my phone and it would work until the next time the car was turned on. Kept telling them that. They wanted to blame my phone and everything else. The last time I was there the guy said "There, it's working" I said it will until the next time I get in the car to which he replied "Well it's working now so there's nothing I can do about it" Left and stopped and got gas and sure enough when I got back in the car it wasn't working. Text them and said it's not working. His reply "Not sure what else we can do other than look at as I stated reliability is not 100% on any Bluetooth features. Also depending on what tower your're pinging off of with your cellular provider - just not sure what other advice I can offer" Nothing but a cop out. This is pathetic. They sure don't mind selling your the car but they darn sure don't want to fix it More

Always ask for Jesus Esquivel. He's not pushy but has an easy going helpful personality. We felt very comfortable with him right away. We walked away with the car we really wanted at the price we needed. It couldn't have went smoother. More

This time, even though they had my coupon in hand, they tried to charge me close to $20 more than what I owed. But…this time I reviewed the bill carefully and they adjusted to the proper amount. Previous visit, I was overcharged closer to $100. I was on my way cross country, and had several things completed. It wasn't until I hit Texas that I realized what had been done. I had a coupon for 200.00 off (I think it was a stepped amount based on service amount owed), but I was only given a $60 discount. (I would have to ck invoice to be certain of amount). Never leave without closely scrutinizing your bill! More

No available appointments on any Saturday morning until AFTER September 10. 5000 mile maintenance consists of topping off fluids and tire rotation. Called Jim Nortan Toyota who got me in this Saturday. Lousy service at Bob Howard. I'll never go back! More

Decided to upgrade at another dealership and was told the car was in 2 accidents one with frame damage. Now I am pretty much stuck with this car that I don't feel safe in. I normally do my research but just happen to be out and about looking that day. Wonder how they sleep at night! More

Be careful of what you sign and the total on your contract. These guys will rip you off if you are not careful. There is no law in Oklahoma which says you can b of what you sign and the total on your contract. These guys will rip you off if you are not careful. There is no law in Oklahoma which says you can back out of your contract once you sign either. I signed for a $21,300 car for over $24000 without knowing. More
Bad Experience Drove 17 hours round trip to buy a vehicle here. On the test drive the truck was fine. I got a few hours towards home and noticed vibration in the wheels. Took it to the dealership when I got home and they informed me the warranty was voided because it had an aftermarket lift on it. I was told by the salesman that it was a factory lift. I was also told by the Bob Howard salesman the tires were in perfect condition before driving to OK. When I arrived, one tire was completely bald on the inside portion. So the truck spent two days at the dealership when I got home. The cambers and suspension needed adjustment along with one new tire ($486 for the tire). I spent another $150 for the dealership to make the adjustments to the cambers and suspension. The vibration continued so I took it to another place. They did a road test on all of the tires and two of the three tires left on the truck tested bad on the road test (another $110). So after being told lies, ignored emails I was stuck with $1800 for three new tires and to get the truck fixed. Glad I drove all that way to give my business to an unprofessional sales team. More
No one knows what they're doing. The car buying experience wasn't too bad and trading in my car wasn't bad either, but they didn't send my car title to the correct address. The title was returned to sender and I didn't hear a peep out of them. So over a year later I get pulled over and given a ticket because my tag was expired. These guys didn't call or email to tell me to come pick up the title, they just left me high and dry. So I went to go pick up my title, they said they couldn't find it, but would get me a certified copy just come back in two days. So I do and it's not ready, "come back Monday" they said. So I show up Monday and after getting passed off to the next guy several times a lady comes out and says she couldn't find the certified copy, but now has found my original title. Now I have so many fines racked up that I can't pay and get the title of the car in my name. I'm never buying from these guys again. More
