Every time I have gone the times for a simple oil change keep getting long and longer. The reason going to me was we r very busy and we have no control over this. It is not my problem that you guys r over booked. Also after I asked if I am dropping off or Staying with the vechicle I replied I am staying. At the end of the appointment I was told that I was schedule as a drop off which prolongs the wait time. I am not every happy and I will be spreading the word about bob Howard customer service. More

Buyers Beware selling used cars with known issues I went to Bob Howard Toyota to purchase a advertised 2013 Buick Enclave SUV listed for about $22,900. The care looked good from the exterior, inside n I went to Bob Howard Toyota to purchase a advertised 2013 Buick Enclave SUV listed for about $22,900. The care looked good from the exterior, inside needed some cleaning and I noticed the door lock remote did not work. I mentioned it the the internet salesmanager i was working with he said they would get it taken care of as well as the additional clean up. I made the pur chase on 7/14/17 in the late evening and told them I would come for the car on Saturday 7/15/17 with my wife. I called Saturday afternoon to see if the car was ready and they said yes. We drove to the dealer to pick up the car the car was unlocked, so my wife and kids checked it out with the salesman we noticed the tire pressure system alarm light flashing they said we could bring it back or see if it could be easily fixed at a tire store. Then we left I drove with one of my son's as a front passenger. When we got home and went to lock the car the remotes did not work. I called the rep he said bring it in Monday to be checked out. On Sunday I went to get gas in the car with my kids in back, they told me the A.C. did not blow in the back seat area. I sent a email to the sales rep about this issue as well. Monday I was told by the internet manager to take it to Bob Howard Buick so it could be checked out and it would be handled internally. We dropped off the car Monday evening after work. On Tuesday 7/18/17 o was informed the repairs for the remote door system would be $298, and the New A.C. blower motor would be another $300 to replace the bad motor. So I called Toyota to make sure they get the repairs going. I was told they would pay to fix the Remote door lock system but not the bad blower motor. I protested and was told that was all the Sales Manager approve. I also complained they they are selling cars with broken parts and non working systems knowingly with no regard. BUYER BEWARE. More

I travel for work so having a reliable vehicle is important. Of the items he recommended, he pointed out the ones that could wait, and more importantly which ones couldn't. Overall, he built some trust and made me feel confident in relying on him and Bob Howard Toyota to keep my Sienna in great working condition. More

I took my 2014 Camry for service under consultant Brandon Blackmon he was very nice but after everything done I told him that I have my discount coupon on my cellphone and he reacted me why you did'nt tell me ahead but we're in the Cashiers table what ever they charged me I dont have any problem I will pay it, but for me every single penny I count because Im not rich, and when my Salesman Al Fard saw me oh! he's very nice man very accommodated, respectful and I like the way he talk he had good sense of humor funny guy. This is my experience today 01/21/17. More
Complimentary maintainence program I took my 2015 Camry in for service maintainance under the Toyota Care Program. My service consultant was Brandon Blackmon and couldn't have been nice I took my 2015 Camry in for service maintainance under the Toyota Care Program. My service consultant was Brandon Blackmon and couldn't have been nicer. They actually got my car back to me faster than promised. I was treated well and experienced no problems. The only negative that I would mention is that on the inspection sheet it says dirty engine air and cabin filters. Brandon said they weren't really that dirty but I feel they should have been replaced under Toyota Care Program. The next time I go in my time for free maintainence will have expired and I'll have to pay for new filters. If the sheet says they are dirty, they should have been replaced under the Toyota Care Program in my opinion. More
