Iwent in for a recall ....actually three on a FJ..... called and told they needed to do a 1000 in repairs and when i said no, not now, they called back in 5 mnutes and said the car was ready but when i g called and told they needed to do a 1000 in repairs and when i said no, not now, they called back in 5 mnutes and said the car was ready but when i got there it was not ready.....it was not cleaned up and after leaving i found parts missing.....worst experience ever with a car dealership ...i was going to buy another Toyota but i think i will return to Bob Moore and see what he is selling.... that is best experience I have had in OKC/Edmond More

Walked onto the lot, was greeted and taken to Jordan. We drove the Prius and made the deal. It was such an easy purchase! They honored everything they said they would do. Don Nelson was able to determine the type of automobile that would be best suited for us. He explained it in a manner that we could understand and comprehend. Emailed Dave (he was great) on the internet side late Saturday evening and received a message on Monday morning, then spoke over the phone about the Highlander I was interested in. We just bought 2 brand new cars within 2 weeks from one another. Both times we dealt with Al and Sean from finance. They were great. We were happy with what was given to us. Sean in finance was great he explained all our warranty and extras with detail. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The only complaint I have is with the service department. Our brand new $60,000 vehicle had issues with it's tires. We kept telling them the tires weren't balanced they said they were. We took our vehicle to Discount Tires and our tires on the left side were both unbalanced by a half an ounce a piece. We continued to have trouble with the tires and complained. Amanda from the dealership phoned and offered to swap the tires and rims out. We did this and our car is perfect now. Al, Sean, TR and Amanda were a pleasure to deal with. More
