After negotiating most terms via email - which works out great when you're running a company - I was in and out in under 90 minutes with a new car and after handing over my used Toyota. I made an appointment online and I took our preowned 2011 4Runner to this dealership for brakes, tire rotation, and some other service related issues. I made an appointment online and then dropped off the car at the appropriate time. Service was exceptional from the start as I received a thorough estimate of needed work with prices. Some work was recommended immediately while others it was suggested to wait until a later date. They allowed me to use a dealership coupon which saved me a significant amount of money. I was very pleased with the work and the overall experience and will bring my car back for future service needs. More
Bad Customer service I have switched to this dealer because I was unhappy with my previous dealer. I have had a real good experience in dealing with them. I made an appointment for 930a on a Saturday. I get there and I am not on the paper with an appointment even though I had my confirmation code that was sent to my email. That was ok, I was just going to leave it for them anyway. I received a call about 2pm telling me they were almost through with my vehicle. I needed to get my 4X4 fluid changed. I thought this was odd because I do not own a 4X4. I went to ask what time they close and the guy was ready to get off the phone and hung up on me. When I went to get my vehicle that afternoon I was told I had a dirty inside air filter. Weird because I changed then not even 5 days earlier. Anyway, I feel like the customer service was not good at all. Very disappointed on how I was treated. On top of that they offer complimentary car washing usually they wash it, on this day they did not. I did not even want to ask why at this point I just wanted to leave. I know the wash was working because a guy behind me had just had his washed. Very upset with how Bob Howard Toyota handled my customer service situation. Will think strongly before I return. More
