I appreciate having an assigned advisor who goes over recs in person and communicates to the technician and escorts clients out when work is completed. Today I had 2 visits (needed a follow-up due to ongoing tire issue) with 2 different high-caliber and professional advisors. I respect that a conservative approach was taken first visit -more accepting and palatable to know a new tire was needed. My only comment is in regards to the complimentary beverages. Styrofoam cups continue to be provided; in this era of recycling and being planet-conscious, I look forward to when Toyota switches to paper biodegradable products. I brought my own paper cup today. Great dealership, bought my Tacoma here in 2013. Feel they have always treated me fairly on service my truck. Left for a while when I had to move to Yukon.
