Good system for car servicing. Usually done in a decent amount of time. Not sure about last oil change but the service rep “john”? Says there may be an issue with the oil filter on my nx300. Lexus/toyota. Same thing. Dont know what his angle was on that but told him go ahead and change it anyway. They always wash the car afterwards. John didnt and asked me this time if I wanted it washed. Must be a busy day. More

My Bob Howard service advisor, John Munns, was courteous, professional & helpful; he returned my RAV4 Hybrid freshly washed when my work was completed. I WAS surprised it took more than 1 1/2 hours for my o professional & helpful; he returned my RAV4 Hybrid freshly washed when my work was completed. I WAS surprised it took more than 1 1/2 hours for my oil change even when I had made an appointment, for which I arrived not just on time but 15 minutes early. Donna Graham More
