It was somewhat disappointing. I was on time for the maintenance appt at 9:30 AM. Carson, a service rep received my Highlander. He was always polite. After the service. I requested for the manager, as I had some questions.The service dept's manager, ? Lukas came 15 minutes later. He showed no problem solving skills (lacks). Instead of answering my questions with reassurance, he said I need to talk with my salesman. He could have said, 'let me check whether so & so is available and I can take you there'. My lease had floormats on the list. And, I didn't receive them for 6 months. A big box with floor-mats was brought to me this AM (a little heavier for a 75 yr old), which I carried to my car (later helped by Carson). I leased my car last December So far, I haven't received a 2nd set of keys, yet. I also requested the manager to reset my phone, to be linked to my car (My wife 's phone currently gets all the messages). The manager asked whether I downloaded Toyotal App, which I showed to him. Then he left and did not show up to talk with me. Even when I was leaving the service area with my box, the manager (saw me), and did not say anything to me. Earlier, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager and the salesman. I hope, he will do better in future. Thanks. More
