I dropped my car off for a 20,000 mile service and a computer update at 8:45am. I received zero communication from the advisor or other service department member. I had to contact them myself only to be told that my advisor had left for the day and my vehicle wasn’t assigned to anyone. My car wasn’t ready until 5:30pm and even then we had to go up to the dealership to see if it was ready. We were given the run around for 45 minutes on who had responsibility of the vehicle. We also were not given a receipt so we do not actually know how the inspection went or what was done on the vehicle. We will be using another Toyota service department from now on. More
