I appreciate having an assigned advisor who goes over recs in person and communicates to the technician and escorts clients out when work is completed. Today I had 2 visits (needed a follow-up due to ong recs in person and communicates to the technician and escorts clients out when work is completed. Today I had 2 visits (needed a follow-up due to ongoing tire issue) with 2 different high-caliber and professional advisors. I respect that a conservative approach was taken first visit -more accepting and palatable to know a new tire was needed. My only comment is in regards to the complimentary beverages. Styrofoam cups continue to be provided; in this era of recycling and being planet-conscious, I look forward to when Toyota switches to paper biodegradable products. I brought my own paper cup today. More
Brett greeted me and listened attentively to my requests. Great dealership, bought my Tacoma here in 2013. Feel they have always treated me fairly on service my truck. Left for a while when I had to move to Yukon.
