We made the deal over the phone and they did supply needed information. Agreed to pick me up from airport, and was there on time. Once at the dealership, it was a little hectic. I had agreed amount check in my hand, and was told I needed another $200 plus dollars because they had figured the tax wrong. Once all the paperwork was complete, I still had to wait another 40 minutes before my vehicle was ready. I left there with an 1/8th of a tank of fuel. More
