Worst service I ever received there. My low tire light was NOT dealt with. No complimentary car wash with a thank you. I received multiple emails offering $10 wiper blade replacement. Then my battery died so I figured I take care of both and scheduled on line. The on line system scheduled both and showed the $10 wiper replacement. Then my battery died so I figured I take care of both and scheduled on line. The on line system scheduled both and showed the $10 wiper blade as the replacement cost - minus 10% for selecting a less busy time for a final amount of $9. The car was checked in and I was told I needed new wiper blades and the cost would be $49. I asked about the multiple emails for wiper blade replacement for $10 and was told unfortunately our wiper blade price is that $49, unless you have a coupon for those wiper blades at that price - I can however do that 10% discount for you no problem. I got just the battery replacement . It took 2.5 hours. Bait and switch and a long time to replace a battery. Google says: A trained mechanic will be able to replace your car battery in as little as 15 minutes. If you try to do it by yourself, it may take you between 30 minutes to an hour. More

Arrived for my appointment at 1 PM for an oil change. Confirmed with the service representative that I could use my coupon. Waited an hour and a half in the service area with no update. Asked when it would be ready and was told it would be very soon. I also confirmed at that time that they would wash the car as well. at 3 PM I was told my car was ready. When I went to check out the price was double what I was expecting because they had not included the coupon. They also had a They also had my EX husband’s name listed on the invoice although we have been divorced for five years and he has never been associated with this vehicle or with my current address. And then when I went to drive away, I saw that the car had indeed not been washed either. A very long appointment, and very poor service for a very simple oil change. More
