Actual service was fine. No longer vacuum your vehicle? I took my car in for routine maintenance- oil change, tire rotation, etc. additional service was suggested once they started working on it. I was provided a video of my car with a full walkthrough of wha tire rotation, etc. additional service was suggested once they started working on it. I was provided a video of my car with a full walkthrough of what was recommended - sent to me via text. I was then given a list of the two additional suggested services, ranked by priority/urgency. I was able to accept or decline each additional service. It was a GREAT alternative to missing a call from the dealership while I was in a meeting, and the video gave me added confidence that I was getting necessary maintenance. The car was done before noon after 8:30am drop off! Pricing is excellent- grateful to be in a Toyota and not in my former German made SUV that had insane maintenance prices. More
