OH MY GOSH! Bob Howard cares for their car buyers as FAMILY!! I have been buying my cars through Bob Howard for past 15 years. Why??? Because they are not ju Bob Howard cares for their car buyers as FAMILY!! I have been buying my cars through Bob Howard for past 15 years. Why??? Because they are not just selling me a car they are treating me as if I was a family member about to have dinner with them!!! My dealer, I’ve worked with on my last 3 cars has just been soooo helpful and caring as to “the right car for my lifestyle, budget, and travel needs.” I purchased 2025 XSE Camry in June…after trading in my 2016 Camry (from Bob Howard). The finance department personnel are very caring and in tune with what I need to be sitting in the right car… CAMRYS! Bob Howard finance department makes sure I understand all the “numbers” finance processes when purchasing my cars. Such an ease to know they don’t just “shove numbers at ya and ready to move to next customer”(as has happened to me from another car dealer) and why I returned and loyal to Bob Howard! The service department members are outstanding and such a pleasure to work with. Preston, Jayden, and Curt all assisted me on service calls! Great team right there. Heck, even the group that decorate the store for seasonal times (balloon decor) even chat with customers… now thats a great FAMILY OF FOLKS you have Bob Howard… in short all team members in the Bob Howard Toyota lot are just plain refreshing and fun to be around as I purchase my car… The last visit 11/29/2024 I brought my daughter to Bob Howard… she purchased a certified pre owned car and let me tell you her care was just amazing to watch this team go to action with her… getting the right car and payments to fit her needs! I want to share: Mitesh Ghandi (my dealer for past 3 cars, Saunny and David (don't have their last names are rock stars in the finance department… I’m amazed at how they navigate all that paperwork, numbers, and computer stuff to help me “sign on the dotted line”. And last but not least hats off to the team the prep the cars so the customer has a “sparkling new car (whether pre owned or new) to drive off the lot!” Grand job Bob Howard!!! High five to management team for creating a great team from salesmen, detail team, service team, finance team, and store decor team!!! Wait times are insanely long. Even after deciding that I will come back another day to drop my car for repairs, I had to wait another 45 min to get the paperwork and keys. They always take good care of me at Bob Howard Toyota service department! Albert was a great service advisor, keeping me up-to-date on the timeline and potential repairs. Lucas, the service manager, helped to make the process even faster. I always appreciate their recommendations, but never feel pushed to complete them. This time they provided a video of the vehicle while they explained the specific recommendations, which was helpful. Thank you for taking good care of our Toyota Sienna! More
