Bob Howard used to be a great dealership. Bought my truck new from them 11 years back. Over the years the dealership has gone downhill. The service department especially. Many of the advisors are rude and when you ask questions, they treat you like you have no right to question them. You rarely even have the same advisor when you bring your vehicle in for service. And, the service costs…..! I used to be a happy customer but not anymore. Sad! More

Got my car in and preform all requested maintenance in timely manner. Only problem was getting car when to pick it up. No one at chasier counter.
